A provocative speaker, trainer, and author with over 15 years experience in both for-profit and non-profit management; Clarence T. Brown has mentored and coached numerous individuals in career and life success. It is his belief that each of us is born with a purpose deposited deep within our core. This purpose stays hidden and guarded until a chain of events unearths it and brings it to the surface. These events can include education, human interactions, divine intervention, or plain luck. However, when this purpose is uncovered it must be nurtured and developed. As founder and Principal Partner of The Talking Bout, LLC, Clarence uses a unique perspective and high-energy approach to develop training and keynote speeches to meet his customer’s needs.

Clarence’s first two literary offerings, “Radical Introductions, Beginning by Going Backwards” and “Raising a Radical Child”, have led to the development of self actualization trainings and youth coaching services. His passion to see others realize their potential by remaining authentic, leads him to set up shop wherever he goes. He can always be found engaging individuals and connecting them with resources and networks to assist them with becoming all that they desire.

Clarence is a native of Augusta, GA. He is married to his high school sweetheart Consuela and has one son, Clarence, III. He is a graduate of Claflin College in Orangeburg, SC and currently resides in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area.
